HOMEOWNERS & LANDLORDS
Offers vary by utility, existing heating, equipment, and property type. Income-qualified households may qualify for Savings Within Reach.
$800 for eligible owner-occupied single-family homes; $1,800 for qualifying rentals, plexes, townhomes, and Savings Within Reach projects.
Published offers range from $1,000 to $3,000. The higher offer applies to qualifying electric-furnace replacements through eligible programs.
Amount depends on the program and qualifying equipment. This is a separate offer category, not an automatic additional discount.
For qualifying rental, attached-home, and Savings Within Reach projects. Not every Oregon homeowner or furnace replacement qualifies.
HEAT PUMP PURCHASE PROGRAM
Up to $2,000 per eligible residence
For qualifying heat pumps in Oregon residences, including rentals and new residential construction. Tranquility is an HP3 approved contractor.
Existing owner-occupied funding is fully reserved. Rental and new-construction funding remains subject to availability; check ODOE’s current funding table.
We review eligibility and seek written confirmation before applying an incentive to your project. ODOE permits optional reservations; final approval depends on the application and available funding.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Financing through Wisetack is available for qualifying projects. Subject to approval; terms apply.
Incentives are savings, not installation prices. Amounts depend on eligibility, approval and available funding. Offers cannot automatically be combined. A no-cost installation is not guaranteed.
